1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
NOVA PC warrants the NOVA ONE computer against covered defects in materials, workmanship, and hardware operation for one year from confirmed delivery.
What is covered
For one year from delivery, NOVA PC covers the labor and replacement parts reasonably required to correct a verified hardware defect or hardware failure arising under normal intended use. Coverage applies to the complete system, including the disclosed pre-owned motherboard and memory.
What NOVA PC will do
After reasonable troubleshooting, NOVA PC will, at its option, repair the system, replace a defective component with the same model or a functionally equivalent component, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. NOVA PC will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty service within the United States.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental or cosmetic damage; liquid, fire, power-surge, or environmental damage; misuse or neglect; theft or loss; malware or data loss; normal wear; or a problem caused by an incompatible third-party component, modification, or repair. Opening the case or using a third-party repair service does not by itself void coverage, but damage caused by that work is not covered.
How to request service
Email the support address shown on your receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. Reasonable remote troubleshooting may be required before an RMA is issued. Back up and remove personal data before sending the computer; service may require storage replacement or operating-system reinstallation.
Other rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed remain available for the period required by applicable law.
