DELIVERY POLICY
Free U.S. shipping
The $2,200 NOVA ONE price includes tracked and insured shipping to a valid delivery address within the United States.
Where we ship
NOVA PC currently ships only within the United States. The Stripe checkout will accept only eligible U.S. delivery addresses. International freight forwarding and reshipper addresses are not supported.
Handling and delivery
The system will be prepared and dispatched after payment and address review. Tracking will be sent when the carrier accepts the package. The exact handling estimate and carrier service will be shown in the order confirmation before shipment.
Protecting the system
NOVA ONE will be secured in protective packaging appropriate for a completed gaming PC and shipped with tracking and insurance. A signature may be required at delivery because of the order value.
Address changes
Contact NOVA PC immediately if an address needs correction. For fraud prevention, an address cannot be changed after shipment, and a material change may require canceling and placing the order again.
Shipping damage
Retain the box, internal packing, and all accessories. Photograph any visible damage and contact NOVA PC promptly at the support address shown on your receipt. An approved damage return will use a prepaid return label.
